“Mario’s the best!”

I have been a runner for 15 years, but also swam, cycled and worked out at a gym; I’d even done a handful of triathlons, so I always considered myself to be in good shape. As I rounded the corner past 40 however, despite all the running and other forms of exercise, I realized I was slowly gaining weight and it was sticking.  Gradually, I felt that there were certain kinds of clothes that didn’t look flattering anymore. When this struck me I realized I needed to do something different with my diet and exercise, but I wasn’t sure what. A friend recommended Mario and I decided to sign up for his 12 week program.  Due to Mario’s advice I have completely changed my diet- I am not dieting (ever!), but I simply eat differently now and in combination with the workouts he gives me have changed my body back to the shape I wanted. I don’t want to be a body-builder, I just want to be healthy, fit and look it. With Mario’s help I achieved all of  this in 12 weeks. Because he’s so good at what he does and such a warm, caring person, I’ve stayed with him now for 2 years.  He keeps the workouts fresh and customizes them so that I can do them at home with a minimum of equipment- no more gym! He’s also helped me through a couple of running injuries with his killer bodywork.  Mario’s the best; I can’t imagine training with anyone else.
